Jennifer Mire3 years agoAmazing, beautiful showroom! Michael is super talented and very professional. I appreciated the extra support from Dennis to evaluate my lamp repair. Rosie is also friendly and service oriented. Glad to find LBX!Mahdis Rahmani3 years agoMichael and his team of electricians were incredibly professional during my lighting selection and installation process! The three light fixtures I purchased are more beautiful in my home (as per what Michael said)! I highly recommend you visit this store if you're looking to purchase new lighting for your home.Elizabeth Meadows3 years agoVery pleased with the education and purchase I made here. Michael is very knowledgeable and informative about lighting products. Knowing I was on a tight budget, he discounted the price for me. Much appreciated! Highly recommend.PJ DODSON3 years agoOutstanding experience. I purchased two chandeliers, and the team came to install. They did a great job! Prompt, clean and efficient installation. I would highly recommend.Mary Reed3 years agoHave you noticed how customer service has been on a downward trend? Not at LBX!!! Michael stopped what he was doing to help me with two lighting problems when I came in. He was able to restore lighting in one case (free of charge), and even though he did not sell in store the device I needed to repair the other problem, he would not stop until he had written out the exact model number for the device I could order. Now that is superior treatment that exceeded my expectations! Many thanks, Michael. A returning customer for life!Cheryl Moldovan3 years agoMy husband & I were looking for a store to repair some forgotten family antique fixtures. The recommendation we received doesn’t handle antiques- that’s how we got here… Once inside, we were captured by the uniqueness of our surroundings- magnificent decor highlighted every part of the store. It was overwhelmingly stunning! We completely lost track of time when we realized that we had come for repairs. Turns out they provide everything related to lighting- and did an excellent job restoring our fixtures…in record time! The owner, Michael, is hands on with suggestions, creativity, and solutions. We entered this store as strangers and left as friends. LBX Lighting is worth a visit even if you don’t need lighting at the moment. LBX is an experience and a rare find!!!!Vinod Mantri3 years agoThank you Michael and his team for the amazing work. Huge round of applause. We were shopping for chandeliers and kitchen lights and stopped by his place on Sunday April 16th, not aware that on sunday, its by appointment only. Luckily Michael was available and he was super patient, extremely humble and nice with us. He also educated us about different types of crystals and what to type to look. We spent more than 2 hours in exploring and Michael never rushed on us. He also accepted our request to install lights before April 30th and adjusted his teams schedule. He even gifted a night lamp to my teenager son and motivated him a lot. He even gave us extra LED lights without any charge. Extremely happy with his installing team. They were nice and very professional. Really appreciate Michael and his staff for your professionalism and patience with us. They go above and beyond to provide great experience. Highly recommend this store to everyone. Keep up the great work! Michael. Kudos to you and your team.Scott Dixon4 years agoGot tired of our builder grade lighting and decided to upgrade to something nicer. I went to LBX and met with Michael. We described the vibe we were looking for and he showed me the perfect pendants and chandelier! We also got a new ceiling fan for the office, under cabinet lighting for the kitchen and new lights on the front porch and back patio because they also needed replacing. If I could give 6 stars I would! Installation was professional and on time, the guys laid out plastic sheeting to cover my countertops and flooring, and the installs were clean! Entire process was seamless from start to finish! Thank you Michael and the rest of the LBX team!Christopher Smith4 years agoMichael and Dennis were amazing to work with as we picked out a Swarovski crystal chandelier for our home. Michael runs a top notch business that caters to his customer's experience. The team of electricians that came out to install our chandelier were professional and did a magnificent job. The chandelier looks beautiful in our entry way. We will be back to purchase more lighting for our home. Thank you LBX!
